The 2024 HCA Film Awards will honor the best in cinema from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. The 2024 HCA Film Awards Ceremony will feature 20 in-competition & 6 honorary awards. The show will be live-streamed on YouTube and on KNEKT TV.
There will be a film shortlist committee with at least 20 members and, at most, 40. The committee members serve a three-month term from November 2023 to January 2024. The committee will change at the end of each season. On October 17th, an email will be distributed to all film branch members, allowing them to apply to participate in the forthcoming film shortlist committee.
All film branch members can vote on all in-competition awards categories for nominations and winners. The HCA President and Vice-Chair are responsible for choosing the honorary award recipients.
