The postponed 2023 HCA TV Awards will now occur on January 8, 2024 at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. A nominating committee of 27 members selected this year's nominees. All Television Branch members were invited to vote for the winners. Winner voting opened on Tuesday, July 18th, and closed on Tuesday, July 25th. All 2023 HCA TV Awards winners will be revealed during the January 8, 2024 ceremony. 
The 2024 HCA TV Awards will honor the best in television from June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024. Fifty in-competition and eight honorary awards will be spread across a two-night event scheduled for Saturday, August 17, and Sunday, August 18, 2024. The CEO, Vice-Chair, and Advisory Committee will choose the Honorary Award recipients for the 2024 HCA TV Awards. 
The HCA TV Awards requires that all potential nominees be submitted for consideration. Submissions for the HCA TV Awards will open on March 1, 2024, and close on May 31, 2024. 
A Television Nominating Committee will be formed in May of 2024. During that time, an email will be distributed to all television branch members, allowing them to apply to participate in the forthcoming committee.
The committee will have at least 20 members and, at most, 40. If the committee has less than 20 members, a special advisory committee meeting will be held to discuss the next steps.  
Meetings with members of the TV Nominating Committee will occur twice a month. All sessions will be virtual unless notified. 
All TV Nominating Committee Members must commit to watching ALL submitted shows and television movies. Nomination voting will be done through Google Forms and overseen by the CEO, Vice-Chair, and Committee members. 
All TV Branch members can participate in the final voting for the TV Awards winners. 
Winner ballots can be accessed via the official H.C.A. Voting Website: www.HCAAwardsVoting.com. 
Eligible voting members can log in to HCAAwardsVoting.com beginning Monday, June 17, 2024, at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET. All ballots must be received by Monday, June 24, 2024, at 8:59 p.m. PT/11:59 p.m. ET. No ballots will be accepted after this time. 
A third-party Certified Enrolled Agent will handle winner tallies for the HCA TV Awards.
Winners will be announced on Saturday, August 17, and Sunday, August 18, 2024. No winners will be revealed ahead of time.
